Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out rules for using the EnginePro platform and services responsibly and lawfully. It applies to all users, including employees, managers and administrators. Using the Services means you agree to this AUP and our Terms of Service.

Prohibited uses

You must not:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
  • Upload, store or share illegal, infringing, malicious or harmful content
  • Harass, threaten or harm others, or violate others’ rights
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
  • Use the Services to send spam or abuse notification features

Security and integrity

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, accounts or systems
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services without authorisation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security or performance of the Services
  • Introduce malware, or circumvent access controls or rate limits
  • Reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by law

Data and authorisation

You must not process personal or employee data through the Services without proper authorisation, and you must only access data you are permitted to access under your role and your organisation’s policies. Administrators are responsible for configuring access appropriately.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action consistent with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
