How do I log in?
Open the EnginePro app or visit your company workspace URL and sign in with the credentials provided by your employer. If you can’t sign in, contact your company administrator or email support@enginepro.io.
The app isn’t sending notifications.
Check that notifications are enabled for EnginePro in your device settings, that you’re signed in, and that your network connection is active. Reopen the app to refresh your notification token.
Clock-in isn’t working.
Ensure you have a network connection and that location permission is granted if your employer requires location capture for attendance. If the issue continues, report it below with your device and app version.
How do I report a bug?
Use the support form above and select “Bug report.” Include your device, app version and steps to reproduce. Screenshots help us resolve issues faster.
How do I request account deletion?
Visit the
Account Deletion Request page and submit the form. Because accounts are usually managed by your employer, some records may need to be retained for legal or payroll obligations.
How do I request data deletion, export or correction?

Data Deletion Request page to request deletion, correction, export or restriction of your personal data.
My HR data is incorrect.
Some employee data is managed by your employer/administrator. For corrections to employment records, contact your HR administrator. EnginePro can also help coordinate where appropriate — email support@enginepro.io.
