Request deletion of your EnginePro account

EnginePro is an HR platform, so accounts are usually created and managed by your employer. You can request deletion of your account access using the form below.

Please note: Because EnginePro is used by employers to manage their workforce, your account is typically administered by your company. EnginePro will coordinate with your employer/customer where required. We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

What may be deleted

  • Your app account access and login
  • Profile data, where legally permitted
  • Notification tokens linked to your devices
  • Optional files you uploaded, where legally permitted

What may be retained

  • Employment records required by your employer
  • Payroll, tax, legal and compliance records
  • Audit and security logs required for legal obligations
Some data is controlled by your employer as the data controller. Where EnginePro acts as a processor, deletion may require coordination with, or instruction from, your employer.
